Can anyone decribe what it means to have a photographic memory, my memories are in mental pictures but thats not it right?

I mean, I know it’s not common, but why is it weird that I have it?
I have photographic memory because I’m synesthetic. Apparently, synesthetes have a tendency to have strong photographic memory, which makes total sense.

People also think being synesthetic is weird, but are they just jealous? I just don’t understand why people are jealous instead of encouraging…

i see things in my mind in photos. i can remember a room with paint tins in it from when i was 4 (it could have been the bunnings hardware store, but the point is i remember it in a picture, almost everything about that one room even though i only saw it once). Is this a photographic memory? Or does it mean something else?
