could it be possible that only some areas of the brain are photographic. if for example someone had an average memory for most things but could remember any date or birthday?

I know WHAT photographic memory is, but HOW do abilities like that come about? What is the difference between my brain and theirs?
"…photographic memory is a result of the brain processing and storing information in an abnormal manner."

But WHY and HOW does it store is abnormally? What’s the normal way to store the information?

I want to get as specific as possible… why do some people’s brains work differently than the majority’s?

and does a photographic memory even exist in the sense that we understand it? like, people literally "take pictures" in their minds and can recall every detail. also how common is it?

Is it possible for one to develop a a photographic memory…. and if soo how?

I am able to remember things really well if i write them out on a piece of paper. I can remember what happened in books mainly because of which part of the page it occurred on.
I cant remember what a whole page of text says just by looking at it, nor small details.

So by what I can provide..do I have a photographic memory, or am I just a visual learner?

How can I develop a photographic memory? Is it even possible?

I posted a question earlier about experiences people have had with this. It used to be much stronger than it is now with me but I still have it to some degree.
Is there any reason why some are and some aren’t able to have a photographic memory?

I have a photographic memory for importaint stuff and its simple. i make a certain clicking sound and I take a picture and store it in my mind. how do I develop this even further? what gave me this was probably reading Cam Jansen and getting stimulated.

Don’t give me any crud about how you can’t do it ,or it is a gift you are born with (please). When I sit down and imagine a picture of Naruto, Sasuke, or some other character, I can’t quite grasp it so that I can draw it. I know it is there. It is like their is a thin wall of stain glass distorting my image. Please tell me some ways to think or some practicing that I can do to better improve my photographic memory? (And yes, it can be done.)
