Or, at least something close to a photographic memory. Can human memory be improved at all. Because, I heard one time, that the memory you are born with is the one you’ll die with.

I need ways to develop a photographic memory and it must be free. And please don’t tell me that it’s impossible and the people are just born with it. That’s not the answer I’m looking for.

I mean think about it: an insomniac could stay up all night studying without feeling tired (or do they? But then they would be feeling tired all the time) and the person with photographic memory could just look at a page once and already memorise everything on it. How great would that be?

What does having a photographic memory entail and how do you know if you have photographic memory?

I can memorize music within a day or less. You can give me three pages of very difficult music and I can memorize it in a day or less. I can also hear music in my head and re-call it if I want to at any time. I can also see images in my head if I want and can see images from places where I have been. You can take me to a shopping mall that I’ve been to and blindfold me and I will tell you exactly where to go. I cannot though memorize pages with words or anything else. Do I have photographic memory?
